She lives in Vancouver, BC.</p><p><strong>CHELSEA O'BYRNE </strong>is an illustrator and tea enthusiast who lives in Vancouver, BC. She is the acclaimed illustrator of four books, including<em> Hello, Crow! </em>by Candace Savage(Greystone Kids, 2019).</p>
