Additional Notes

From The Publisher*Un/inhabited questions the use of politically or racially charged language in 91 pulp western novels found on Project Gutenberg. Using a range of techniques, Abel investigates the complex relationship between language and land, including the ways that use and ownership affect both. This art book presents Abel's practice for the first time in a visual art context.
