DOOMSQUAD //
DOOMSQUAD is a Toronto-based experimental trio formed by siblings Trevor, Jaclyn and Allie Blumas. Self-described as less of a band than an "art project," their musical creations tend to veer to the abstract, psychedelic and ominous. Their new album, Let Yourself Be Seen, is the most assertive, ambitious, groove-sodden declaration of intent yet from the trio: the sound of dance-floor believers and thinkers firing on all personal and political fronts, at a time when we need it most.

Pick A Piper //
There’s a difference between when something enters your periphery and when you can truly see it. Sight, the enveloping new album from Toronto electronic explorer Brad Weber, aka Pick A Piper, focuses on authentic connection. The Caribou collaborator’s follow-up to 2017’s acclaimed Distance is an immersive dream of delirious synth shudders, pulsing beats, eclectic instrumentation and diverse digital dimensions of sound that facilitate presence in listening: turning attention to the real life people and places we care for amidst often the isolating aspects of our daily lives.

Visuals by VERSA //
VERSA creates cascading, abstract projections and video collage. Generated using both analog & digital hardware and techniques, they drench performers and architecture alike with layers of colour, strobing shapes and hints of a dream you once had. Based in Guelph ON, VERSA is an audio/visual collective, and when they aren’t behind the scenes producing visuals, they’re on stage performing their own experimental post-rock experience with their eponymous band.
