Rose knows what she wants to pursue after high school - playing folk music on the fiddle - but someone in her life thinks it’s too small of a dream. Rose has worked her entire life to prove to her mom that she can aim for a career in classical folk music, just like her father before her. She has practiced day and night, every chance she could for 14 years, but nothing seems to be working.
Rose attends a folk music competition to try and prove to her mom that this genre has a big following and learns that no matter what people say about you and your dreams, you must continue to work towards your goals.
